It seems that many of my top ranker friends who play Yu-Gi-Oh Legacy of the Duelist Link Evolution are planning to move to Yu-Gi-Oh Master Duel.
If that happens, the quality of ranked play in Yu-Gi-Oh Legacy of the Duelist Link Evolution is going to drop, so I'm going to write about the best decks while I can.
Yuduki's conclusion is that SPYRAL was most likely the strongest. I'll explain why below.
SPYRAL is highly resistant to hand triggers
SPYRAL is resistant to common hand triggers such as Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring, Infinite Impermanence and Nibiru, Ghost Ogre & Snow Rabbit, the Primal Being.
SPYRAL Quik-Fix and SPYRAL Master Plan are difficult to stop because they can be activated multiple times by going through the graveyard, and if SPYRAL Resort is deployed, it is not subject to the effect
This means that even if your opponent has a hand trigger, you can still easily line up a SPYRAL Sleeper equipped with Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess and SPYRAL GEAR - Last Resort.
SPYRAL has an excellent removal capacityEven if you deploy countermeasure cards such as Macro Cosmos to make SPYRAL unable to move, you can still destroy cards in the magic/trap zone with SPYRAL Super Agent or SPYRAL Tough. Even though it is uncertain, it is obvious that this is not a good countermeasure.
SPYRAL's trump card, SPYRAL Sleeper, is a free chain card that can be used on your opponent's turn, destroying as many as two cards each turn.
If SPYRAL Sleeper is equipped with SPYRAL GEAR - Last Resort, it is not destroyed by the effect, and if SPYRAL Resort is on the field, it is not subject to the opponent's effect, which is too strong!
If you compare it to the once very popular restricted card Dark Armed Dragon, you will see how overwhelmingly dangerous it is.

And since SPYRAL is a deck that specializes in Special Summoning and Link Summoning, it is easy to play cards like Nightmare Phoenix, Nightmare Unicorn, Borel Sword Dragon, Mech Knight Crusader Avramax and easily remove any obstacles that stand in its way.
SPYRAL manipulates the card draw to create a better destiny
Where Arf Thou? is a very important card in this deck, and if you have either Magicians' Souls or SPYRAL Quik-Fix, you can search for the other.
Magicians' Souls has a 1st effect that allows you to Special Summon SPYRAL Master Plan while sending it to the Graveyard, and a 2nd effect that allows you to use SPYRAL MISSION - Assault or SPYRAL MISSION - Rescue as a draw source. It can also be used to Link Summon Selene, Queen of the Master Magicians.
In Special Summoning from the Deck, SPYRAL Quik-Fix can be called from the Deck with One for One. Also, when Special Summoning using Reasoning, SPYRAL MISSION - Assault or SPYRAL MISSION - Rescue can be dropped into the Graveyard for an advantage.
Pinpoint Landing or Contract with Don Thousand can be used to feed Magician's Soul or Nightmare Unicorn for more draws when you're done using their draw effects
It's a bit late for this, but we'd also like to introduce you to SPYRAL GEAR - Drone. In fact, this may be the most powerful SPYRAL ever.
Being able to keep track of your opponent's 3 turns of draws and re-stacking their order is an immense information advantage in an advanced battle. This is similar to the banned card Trap Dustshoot.

SPYRAL GEAR - Drone can be searched for from SPYRAL Quik-Fix's self-revival using SPYRAL MISSION - Assault as a cost, and can be Special Summoned from the hand by the effect of SPYRAL MISSION - Assault sent to the Graveyard.
Don't forget that after using the effect of SPYRAL GEAR - Drone, you can combine it with SPYRAL Quik-Fix to Exeze Summon Sylvan Princesprite and prevent SPYRAL Quik-Fix from Banish!
SPYRAL makes a big card advantage
SPYRAL, as you can see from the picture, is a deck that can give you a huge card advantage that most decks can't from turn 1.
You can use this to line up a lot of powerful Link monsters and draw a lot of hand inducements.
In this picture, you have 9 cards on the field and 7 cards in your hand from the first turn. That's 11 cards more than the 5 in your starting hand. And it's Extra Linked. It's too crazy.
In a bold play, you can Special Summon Tierra, Source of Destruction on turn 1 and return all of your cards to each other's decks, leaving you with World Gears of Theurlogical Demiurgy and Kikinagashi Fucho.
You'll need a lot of luck to get there, but if all you want to do is play Tierra, Source of Destruction and return all of your cards to the deck, you'll have a high chance of doing so if you build a deck specifically for it.
But if you play duels with that deck you will lose friends lol
At the end.
The final limit regulation for Yu-Gi-Oh Legacy of the Duelist Link Evolution is 20/03/24, but SPYRAL Master Plan was tightened from an unrestricted card to a banned card in the TCG on 20/04/01.
Taking this into account, it is clear that it is too strong, which increases the credibility of the hypothesis that SPYRAL is the strongest in the current environment.
