The best Legacy of Duelist Link Evolution deck 6

I'm Yuduki, and I'm starting to enjoy collecting strong enemies.

Continuing from last time, I will be writing about the powerful decks that were popular in Yu-Gi-Oh Legacy of Duelist Link Evolution.

The best Legacy of Duelist Link Evolution deck 6

Kaijyu Kaguya

Kaijyu's ability to release any monster and Fairy Tail - Luna's synergy to return cards from the opponent's field to their hand is so strong that it was the deck of the 2017 Japanese national team, making it a very powerful deck in this game.

Especially when SPYRAL tries to control the field with Apollousa, Bow of the Goddess and SPYRAL Sleeper, this deck is the only one that has a strong chance of breaking through.

Kaijyu can get through SPYRAL Sleeper equipped with SPYRAL GEAR - Last Resort with just one card, and since there is probably no more than one Apollousa in SPYRAL's deck, combined with the restriction that it cannot be activated on the same chain, if you move carelessly, Fairy Tail - Luna's effect will return it to the deck.

Fairy Tail - Luna
AttributeLIGHT
Level4
Monster TypeSpellcaster
Card Type Effect
ATK1850
DEF1000
Card Text
When this card is Normal Summoned: You can add 1 Spellcaster monster with 1850 ATK from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; your opponent can send 1 card with that monster's name from their Deck or Extra Deck to the GY to negate this effect, otherwise return both this card and that monster to the hand.

Since we want to use normal summons against Fairy Tail - Luna, the deck focuses on monsters that are easy to special summon.

The 2017 Japanese team preferred Windwitch, but in this era of the game, the mainstream is Mekk-Knight Kaijyu Kaguya.

The synergy between Kaijyu and Mekk-Knight is strong, allowing for high-level Exise Summons, World Legacy's Secret to revive Kaijyu, and Mekk-Knight Purple Nightfall to one-sidedly destroy Toadally Awesome and less-than-perfect Apollousa. Mekk-Knight Purple Nightfall can defeat Toadally Awesome and Apollousa that are not in full form.

It's also an easy deck to target Level 8 Execute Summons, and you can use Number 97: Draglubion to bring out Number 100: Numeron Dragon with ATK 9000, or You can also use Number 23: Lancelot, Dark Knight of the Underworld to control the field and attack directly.

Since the graveyard is not important, Macro Cosmos can also be used in the deck, and since the number of special summons is small, it is not subject to Nibiru, the Primal Being. Therefore, its meta performance against the environment is very high.

Its weakness is blocking special summons; if you don't draw Fairy Tail - Luna, even Barrier Statue can block it. If you use Kaijyu against a deck like Aleister, which plays its trump card with only one card, you will lose more and more, or if your opponent is a one-turn-kill deck, you will lose before you can use Kaijyu. If you use Kaijyu, you will notice that it is surprisingly fragile.

Crystron Halqifibrax and Mecha Phantom Beast Auroradon

He lines up a tuner and a monster of some kind. Normally, he would produce a Synchro monster, but he Link Summons Crystron Halqifibrax and Special Summons Deskbot 001. He uses it to Link Summon Mecha Phantom Beast Auroradon, then Special Summons 3 tokens and triggers Deskbot 001 to self-renew. Using Mecha Phantom Beast Auroradon and 1 token as cost, Special Summons Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion from the Deck, and Synchro Summons Borreload Savage Dragon with Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion and 2 tokens. A token of Mecha Phantom Beast O-Lion is created, and Herald of the Arc Light is Synchro Summoned with Deskbot 001 and 1 token.

Borreload Savage Dragon and Herald of the Arc Light have effects that nullify your opponent's effects, and Herald of the Arc Light turns your opponent's sending of cards from the deck to the graveyard into an exclusion.

Decks like Doomking Balerdroch, Salamangreat, and Dark Magician start their expansion by sending cards from their decks to the graveyard, so if they play Herald of the Arc Light first, they are in trouble. In the environment, there were many plays that used Psi-Reflector, Deep Sea Diva, Souleating Oviraptor, and Deskbot 003 to make this combo work from a single card in hand. It's just too powerful to be able to deploy such a monster from a single card in your hand.

In addition, the Deskbot 003 route is powerful because you can use Jet Synchron instead of Crystron Halqifibrax, and if you have Doppelwarrior in your hand, you can play Shooting Quasar Dragon and Red Nova Dragon.

The combo of getting out two Karakuri Super Shogun mdl 00N "Bureibu", exsummoning True King of All Calamities, and getting Naturia Beast on the field is also powerful. If you don't have any trap cards, your opponent will be unable to do anything.

Nibiru, the Primal Being's weakness is that it uses a lot of Special Summons, and the usual route of Crystron Halqifibrax and Mecha Phantom Beast Auroradon is a liability. The Night Dragolich doesn't trigger its effect, so it can easily break through this combo.

Crystron Halqifibrax is a restricted card, so if you fail once, you can't play it again in that duel.

Mist Valley Apex Avian and Cyber Dragon Infinity

Basically, it uses the Raidraptor and Blackwing deployment combos.

Raidraptor - Force Strix's effect searches for Rank-Up-Magic Soul Shave Force from Raidraptor - Wise Strix, Link Summons Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty, and Rank-Up-Magic Soul Shave Force to Raidraptor - Force Strix in the graveyard to become Cyber Dragon Infinity.

Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty's effect special summons Mist Valley Apex Avian from the deck, and Mist Valley Apex Avian and Cyber Dragon Infinity can disable it twice.

However, the deck has a fatal weakness: if Cyber Dragon Infinity and a Link monster are lined up, the opponent will bring out Chimeratech Megafleet Dragon and everything will fall apart. Unfortunately, Cyber Dragon reigned supreme in the environment, and many people had Chimeratech Megafleet Dragon in their Extra Decks, so this deck was not able to wield its power to its fullest.

So this combo only works to surprise and overwhelm newbies.

Since it's dangerous to line up Cyber Dragon Infinity and a Link monster, I sometimes bring out Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty.

In the case of Blackwing, I may use Crystron Halqifibrax to call out Blackwing's tuner, and then Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty. Just calling Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds with Simorgh, Bird of Sovereignty is strong.

However, since Barrier Statue of the Stormwinds is weak and can be quickly destroyed in battle, Raidraptor and Blackwing will be stronger if they move normally.

If you can, the combo of making a Union Carrier and equipping Mist Valley to secure Mist Valley and use the Mist Valley Apex Avian effect twice is a powerful one.

Gravekeeper's

Necrovalley's powerful graveyard blocking effect, Royal Tribute's discard of all monsters in your hand, and Hidden Temples of Necrovalley's blocking of Special Summons are all threats. In some cases, they will be used on the first turn and you won't be able to do anything with them.

Monsters can be easily searched with Necrovalley Throne and Gravekeeper's Recruiter, and if you have Gravekeeper's Supernaturalist, which can be easily played from Gravekeeper's Spiritualist. If you have a Gravekeeper's Supernaturalist that can be easily played from Gravekeeper's Spiritualist, Necrovalley will not be destroyed, and you can even search for magic/traps.

The weakness is that if Gravekeeper's is turned into Starving Venom Fusion Dragon by Super Fusion, there are very few ways to deal with it if the opponent plays a big monster on the first turn. If you can't play Necrovalley, everything becomes dysfunctional.

At the end.

That's all I wrote about The best Legacy of Duelist Link Evolution deck 6.
